The Philippe Germain vineyard, located in Nantoux (21 Cote d’Or, Burgundy) invites you to discover the wines of its production

White wines

 

White Burgundy wines comes from two vine varieties: aligoté, which produces the Burgundy Aligoté and the Chardonnay, which produces all the other white wines.
After a manual harvest, winemaking is entirely carried out on the exploitation. Just after having extract the juice of the berries, it is put in oak barrels for 8 to 10 months before being in bottles and thus provide maximum freshness and flexibility.

Red wines

 

The red wines of Burgundy are also coming from two grape varieties : Gamay, which is found in combination in Burgundy Passetoutgrain, and Pinot Noir, in all other red wines of Burgundy.

The harvest is manual, to get healthy and whole grape that retains all his qualities.
